How to Start a Discipleship Ministry

Let's say you have laid ahold of the truth that discipleship is everything.  The Commission says, "Go into all the world and make disciples." So, for the purposes of this post, I assume that you have surrendered your passion for programs, denominational gimmicks and campaigns, and have prayerfully answered the call of the Master to engage in biblical discipleship within your congregation.  How do you get started?
